THIS MEDSPA IS THE BEST! I've been to many MedSpas before in Los Angeles & nothing can compare to how great this place is. If you're looking for a MedSpa, this is it. If you're interested, they usually have specials going on whether it's for fillers, hydrafacials, cool sculpting, Botox, ect (this is just what I've seen. It'll vary when you ask). The main reason I love it here is because of the results I've experienced. Not once have I been disappointed with the results. Also, the staff is great! Taylor is super accommodating and Ashley is really good at making me look natural lol & Shout out to Tehia!! She's is a very well experienced LME. She's professional, has a lot of knowledge if you're worried/curious, and she's also a great time to chat with. I consulted with several other offices before deciding on Dr. Hix, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Things that matter, infection control, after-care, communication, pain management everything is top-notch. My surgery went off perfectly, not one single issue. I’m 48, and there are risks, but Dr. Hix was very patient and easy to talk to. She was encouraging and kind. The staff is warm and they make you feel welcome. Jennifer Lipscomb is a gem, she replied to about twenty emails. Michelle is essential personnel when it comes to questions, and easing your anxiety. Dusky, what a lovely lady. . Today, I saw Dusky for a second in-office procedure, what a great experience it was. I felt like I was in great hands with her. My procedure was painless and quick. I’m looking forward to some great results. She too, was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. It’s money well spent when you receive quality care, and you actually receive what you pay for. Taylor, is fantastic with the facial products and getting my appointments squared away. There isn’t any one that I’ve met at Beleza Med Spa that isn’t anything other than terrific. I recently moved to the area from Northern Virginia. I tried a few other locations for my facials and was simply not pleased - they just were not the same as what I had been experiencing. When I came to Beleza, I was expecting another disappointment, but Tehia was amazing. My facial isn't the same, but it is similar I couldn't be happier. Tehia is EXCELLENT!!! She's very patient, personable, knowledgeable, and just knows her stuff. I'm a nurse and I've had multiple peels and laser treatments(both botched and successful) at various different places but Beleza has been the BEST. It's really good to see an esthetician (Tehia) who takes the time to go over the pros and cons of different treatments and is not afraid to say that's just not the best treatment for you, your skin type, or your condition so may be we should try this and has the facts/research to back it up. I've had 4 peels, 2 micropens, and 1 test spot laser hair removal which my skin was too sensitive to handle. If it had not been for Tehia's extensive knowledge base I would have insisted the the entire area be done b/c I've had laser hair removal a number of times and this time can't be any different. But I was wrong and she was right and she was able to recognize that this just may not be right for me at this moment. I highly recommend Beleza. Taylor is also Great and sooo patient especially when I'm on the phone asking a million questions. More

I have issues with oily skin on my face, my face would look so bright at times when I looked in the mirror and the outcome of photos looked like I poured baby oil on my face even when it was dry, lol. Well that has all changed thanks to Beleza Medspa. I contacted them planning on making an appointment for a chemical peel. Of course they wanted to consult with me first and was able to squeeze me into their schedule. I was amazed the first time I walked into the office space. My first impression was this place is really professional. The decorum and the professional staff drew me in right away. The icing on the cake was my consultation with the aesthetician, Tehia! She was very nice and professional as she examined my skin and told me about techniques and products I could use to improve my face. She also gave me information about the different types of chemical peels and also advised me on other services that I may want to try in the future as well! She determined what I had been doing wrong when it comes to skincare with my current regimen. Keep in mind she is giving me all this free advice after she told me I couldn’t receive treatment due to medication I was currently taking. What I loved most was she wasn’t trying to sell me and I was able determine through the variety of suggestions she provided my own course of treatment. Even more you can tell Tehia practices what she preaches because her own skin is gorgeous!I left the office with free samples of products and also three products I purchased at the spa, and with an appointment for a hydrafacial. The three products I purchased was a daily facial cleanser, an exfoliator, and a moisturizer! All which improved my skin even before I received my hydrafacial. Tehia conducted my hydrafacial treatment which was painless. I noticed a difference in my skin immediately afterwards, what’s even better is that it continued to even improve over the next several days. I chose the hydrafacial as it if similar to a chemical peel without the peeling which I didn’t want as I’m constantly in front of people at work. The staff are wonderful at this Killeen location!!! I've never had a facial done and when I called to set up my appointment Taylor was able to go over the different services/treatments with me to ease my nervousness. I decided on the hydrafacial and I AM HOOKED NOW!!! When I arrived I met Taylor and Tehia, they were very inviting and it felt like we had been friends for years! :) Tehia did a fantastic job at explaining the process as she was doing my facial, making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be returning for more hydrafacials & possibly other services that they offer. For those of you who have not had a hydrafacial I say get one done!
