I had been considering microneedling for almost two years before my appointment, due to bad acne scars post-hospital admission. This fall, I decided to go for it. Emily was meticulous and made the process so easy. My facial redness went down after 1 day and I was able to do a photo shoot 36 hours after with no evidence of treatment. So far I have seen more improvement in my scarring and my skin texture than I have from using several infamous topical products in the past year. This is after just ONE session. As a result I have been much more simple and gentle with my day to day skincare. There is truly something effective about microneedling resurfacing and strengthening the skin barrier. This is my third time coming in for my hydro facial treatments, and definitely won’t be the last. Every single time I am here I am pleased with my treatments and how it turned out, that is to say the very least. The staffs are extremely friendly and professional. I am in love with the Cedar Park Beleza! Not only are the staff top notch but I have never seen better results anywhere else. Kate is just great for fillers. She included me the entire time to get my exact desired look. I had minimal to no bruising and low swelling for under eye filler. My lips came out like pillows, I wanted a conservative look but enough to enhance what I already had, and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Her approach to Botox is refreshing, in that she only wants to provide enough to make you feel comfortable, not just load your face up with as much as possible. Again, she included me in every step of the way and I could not be happier. I saw Krystal for a Jessner peel and she was very sweet and comforting during the process. I had a lot of questions about facial products and after a long and informative conversation, I left with 4 products that were way less expensive than I thought they would be. I saw results from the products in little as two days and could not stop touching my smooth and hydrated skin. I can not recommend Krystal enough if you are looking to improve your skin care or facial appearance. Hands down the best med spa ever!!!! More

Wonderful! I’ve had the first part of my mommy make over with Dr. Hix and she’s truly skilled. I consulted with several other offices before deciding on Dr. Hix, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Things that matter, infection control, after-care, communication, pain management everything is top-notch. My surgery went off perfectly, not one single issue. I’m 48, and there are risks, but Dr. Hix was very patient and easy to talk to. She was encouraging and kind. The staff is warm and they make you feel welcome. Jennifer Lipscomb is a gem, she replied to about twenty emails. Michelle is essential personnel when it comes to questions, and easing your anxiety. Dusky, what a lovely lady. . Today, I saw Dusky for a second in-office procedure, what a great experience it was. I felt like I was in great hands with her. My procedure was painless and quick. I’m looking forward to some great results. She too, was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. It’s money well spent when you receive quality care, and you actually receive what you pay for. Taylor, is fantastic with the facial products and getting my appointments squared away. There isn’t any one that I’ve met at Beleza Med Spa that isn’t anything other than terrific. The actual microneedling was relatively painless and I would do it again. Only 1 day out so haven't seen full results yet but I'm hopeful. After-care instructions were clear and helpful. The staff at Beleza is absolutely amazing - I came here for a consult after having a negative experience elsewhere, and I loved how honest and open the staff was with me. I came back a month or so later because of my great experience and ended up buying the Skin Care Club where you get a facial each month. I ended up getting a mix of hyrdrafacials and micropen facials and they are AMAZING. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Hix-Hernandez twice and she will be preforming my surgery in just a few weeks time. I find the doctor to be very friendly and personable. She listened to what I wanted and to what I have planned for her to do in a years time. We are on the same page. The staff are all friendly and my e-mail correspondence has been very efficient, Jennifer has been a godsend at the Cedat Park office, my questions are all answered in a timely manner. I joined the Platinum club $399 and bought some lovely skincare products as well as got information about future facial and skincare services. Such a great deal for services and products! I feel very relaxed and confident that I’m in great hands with Dr. Hix—Hernandez, we have several procedures planned out and I’m looking forward to seeing all of the wonderful results from the mommy makeover. I’m very thankful for her taking on my case and care. I’d also like to mention that another local doctor wanted to charge $10,500 for the same procedure she’s charging me $6,000 for. We added a second procedure and it’s still less than what he wanted for one procedure, and I’m not even doing the full tummy tuck. He then was going to charge me $10,500 to actually do the tummy tuck after the initial first surgery, so $21,000. Dr. Hix was much more reasonable and understood my immediate need to fix a problem after childbirth and then do the tummy tuck after a years time. I was elated not to be overcharged for the first portion which is really a matter of comfort and health and a necessity. She was also generous with offering a military discount for our family. Another pleasant surprise. There are so many good things to mention about her! I can’t thank her enough for taking on my care and fixing this present issue to help me with my goals. I really like Dr. Hix, and it was also nice not to be charged an arm and a leg to see her in the office, that was included in my services, so I didn’t pay any consultation fee’s. She’s been gracious enough to see me twice to go over all of my questions and put my mind st ease. I’m really looking forward to my procedure. I know I’m in great, skilled, masterful hands. Update: I’ve had my procedure and it was marvelous. Painful yes, but the staff was wonderful, the results are fantastic thus far, and Dr. Hix has done a lovely job at transforming my post baby bump into a flat tummy. It’s pretty amazing to look in the mirror and see the results. She is very skilled and the one possible minor issue we discussed has not occurred. My incision has been healing steadily with no issues, or openings, the sutures have stayed intact, I have minimal swelling. I honestly had no idea the results would be this wonderful. Truly magnificent work. Worth every penny to have a skillet surgeon and peace of mind when embarking on such an endeavor. I’m looking forward to the next phase we will proceed with next year. More
I recently moved to the area from Northern Virginia. I tried a few other locations for my facials and was simply not pleased - they just were not the same as what I had been experiencing. I’ve just had my 2nd microneedling treatment by Krystal at the Cedar Park location. The 1st treatment helped my aging skin, so I’m excited to see more improvement with this 2nd treatment. I decided to try this spa after reading reviews and I am glad I did. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and skilled in many types of beauty/skin treatments. It's not very close to me but it was worth the drive to meet Nancy and have her treat my spider veins. I am happy to say that they are hardly visible at all after just two visits. I have issues with oily skin on my face, my face would look so bright at times when I looked in the mirror and the outcome of photos looked like I poured baby oil on my face even when it was dry, lol. Well that has all changed thanks to Beleza Medspa. I contacted them planning on making an appointment for a chemical peel. Of course they wanted to consult with me first and was able to squeeze me into their schedule. I was amazed the first time I walked into the office space. My first impression was this place is really professional. The decorum and the professional staff drew me in right away. The icing on the cake was my consultation with the aesthetician, Tehia! She was very nice and professional as she examined my skin and told me about techniques and products I could use to improve my face. She also gave me information about the different types of chemical peels and also advised me on other services that I may want to try in the future as well! She determined what I had been doing wrong when it comes to skincare with my current regimen. Keep in mind she is giving me all this free advice after she told me I couldn’t receive treatment due to medication I was currently taking. What I loved most was she wasn’t trying to sell me and I was able determine through the variety of suggestions she provided my own course of treatment. Even more you can tell Tehia practices what she preaches because her own skin is gorgeous!I left the office with free samples of products and also three products I purchased at the spa, and with an appointment for a hydrafacial. The three products I purchased was a daily facial cleanser, an exfoliator, and a moisturizer! All which improved my skin even before I received my hydrafacial. Tehia conducted my hydrafacial treatment which was painless. I noticed a difference in my skin immediately afterwards, what’s even better is that it continued to even improve over the next several days. I chose the hydrafacial as it if similar to a chemical peel without the peeling which I didn’t want as I’m constantly in front of people at work. The staff are wonderful at this Killeen location!!! I've never had a facial done and when I called to set up my appointment Taylor was able to go over the different services/treatments with me to ease my nervousness. I have been going to Beleza (South First location) since August. I have had several IPL Photofacials with April and I cannot say enough good things about her. I was extremely nervous about my first appointment, as I had heard the treatment could be very painful. While it was definitely uncomfortable at times, April did a wonderful job at minimizing the discomfort and talking me through the procedure. Several treatments later and my skin has never looked better! April is also amazing at taking the time to talk with you and personalize your skin care needs. You can tell that she loves and is passionate about what she does. She is amazing and the rest of the staff is also so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Beleza for all your skin care needs! More
I've been to both Cedar Park and Round Rock locations. The staff at both locations have always been very helpful and make you feel right at home. I've been getting my recent photo facials at Round Rock. Elena and Amy both have been great. Amy takes the time to make me feel comfortable during my treatment and takes the extra time to make my skin look and feel great. If you're looking for a MedSpa you should definitely check them out. I love Beleza! I have always had trouble with acne and scarring and thanks to Marissa I don’t anymore! I had been to dermatologists, gotten all different kinds of facials and peels but with her help I don’t have to do that anymore. When I did my first hydrafacial (got a package deal from Groupon) she recommended micro - needling and since I had never tried it before I went ahead and did it. I have had only one session so far but there has been a remarkable difference and huge improvement! I have never felt so good about my skin! Thanks Marissa! More

I went for my first facial peel, and wanted to know if the Vitalize that was on special would be a good choice. Karen in Cedar Park was so sweet and helpful on the phone with me, I just had to meet her when I went in for the Vitalize peel. The entire staff is also friendly and helpful. I was scheduled with Sheri, and she is so knowledgeable and experienced, that after she answered all my questions, I was not nervous at all. She gently applied the peel lotions and I felt no discomfort, just a little tingling. No one noticed I had done anything to my face at all.Today is 24 hours after the peel, and my skin is not red, just a little tight feeling. I cannot wait to see the results after a couple of weeks. I had an IPL about 10 days ago and I love my results. I have fair skin which at the young age of 28 is already producing brown age spots. I did not know what to expect and it hurt more than I was expecting it to. I heard its like a rubber band snapping but the "hot oil splash" description is more like it. Despite the pain, I would do it again in a heart beat! I LOVE the results. My age spots are completely gone. The tone of my face is even. I feel like I can get by with less makeup. Last year I was doing microdermabrasion facials about every 6 weeks and I think one IPL treatment made my skin look better than the 10 or so microdermabrasion appointments. I like that she recommended something that was going to bring the best results for me. I wish I could remember the receptionist and the RN's name because they were both very nice. I will go here for my skincare needs. More
