Beleza Surgery is excited to employ a highly trained team of board-certified medical professionals, certified aestheticians, and administrators with diverse areas of expertise who all work collectively to generate beautiful results for our patients in the Austin, TX area. In order to help you attain the look you crave, our team works to learn more about you on a personal level so we can understand your goals and concerns, then design a treatment plan that addresses them. Each part of our team values the bonds they have built with the women and men in their care.
Ashley Wilkins, FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Ashley Wilkins, is board certified nurse practitioner who has been in the medical field for over 9 years. Her background has been in emergency medicine, trauma and cancer treatments. She is a skilled practitioner and aesthetic injector who is passionate about enhancing each individuals natural beauty and providing realistic results. As an outgoing and always positive personality, she is continually learning and and growing her aesthetic knowledge to provide overall personal results for each individual patient she sees.
As a North Carolina native who has spent the last couple of years in Hawaii, traveling is a passion of hers. Being a military spouse she has had the opportunity to travel all over.
As the mother of two small energetic children, a girl, and boy, they continually keep her on the go and on her toes.

Katlyn Springer, PA
Physician Assistant, Surgery Consultant
Katlyn Springer is a talented, board-certified physician assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology in 2013 from CSU Chico, then went on to earn a master's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise physiology from San Francisco State University in 2015 and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2017. She is a skilled aesthetic injector and often serves as the first assist during procedures. She is dedicated to having strong communication and positive relationships with her patients.
Ancuta Andreica, PA
Physician Assistant, Medical Aesthetics
Ancuta Andreica is a Physician Assistant who is Board Certified in Medical Aesthetics by the American Academy of Procedural Medicine, one of the leaders in hands-on medical training for professionals. She has a unique cultural and educational background from Europe and the United States. She is originally from Transylvania, where she studied Biology and Chemistry at North University of Baia Mare. After moving to the United States, she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, graduating with the highest honors. After college, Ancuta earned her Physician Assistant degree and Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University, where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for her superior academic achievements.
Her fascination with aesthetics began in Europe, where skincare and rejuvenation treatments are highly regarded. Since then, Ancuta developed skills to beautify her clients through facial injecting, high quality anti-aging skincare products, and energy-based devices among other treatment options. Her background in Chemistry and Biology enables her to uniquely understand each product in depth and tailor regimens to best suit her clients.
Prior to joining Beleza, Ancuta ran a busy Med Spa in South Florida, where she successfully treated clients with her signature natural look. Her soft touch and inviting personality, along with her painless approach utilizing the latest techniques, allow her clients to relax in a stress-free environment, feeling comfortable and rejuvenated.

Dusky Glaiser, RN
Registered Nurse, Nurse Injector, and Surgery Consultant
Dusky received her associate's in nursing from Wharton County Junior College in 2007 and her bachelor’s in nursing in 2018 from Western Governors University. The first nine years of her nursing career were spent working in labor and delivery, bringing life into this world. As amazing as those years were, she always knew she wanted to make the shift to plastic surgery and aesthetics. She has been working with Dr. Hix-Hernandez for four years now and is excited to be a part of Beleza Surgery. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals.
Dusky is a Texas native who enjoys being on the lake, listening to live music, hitting the slopes, and lounging on the beach. She is a mom of two teens and a trophy wife to her husband of over 20 years. There's never a dull moment with this one.
Leslie Sansom, RN
Registered Nurse and Nurse Injector
Leslie is a registered nurse who earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University in 2015. She has spent her nursing career in the pain management setting as a procedural nurse and in the hospital setting as a day surgery nurse. She moved here from the Lubbock, Tx area and is married with two wonderful daughters. She enjoys spending her time with her family and summers on Lake Travis. Leslie is excited to be a part of the Beleza Surgery team in the operating room and as a nurse injector to help you reach your aesthetic goals.
Jana Robinson, RN
Registered Nurse and Nurse Injector
Jana has always had a passion for learning and serving others. She obtained two Bachelor's degrees in Agriculture Business and Animal Science and then went on to serve 15 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence Officer before earning her Associates in Nursing from Oklahoma State University in 2018. Before joining the Beleza team she was a RN with Baylor, Scott and White on the Medical-Surgical Unit. She enjoyed her time at the hospital but was drawn to the aesthetic industry because in her eyes there is a sense of preventative medicine in aesthetics. She believes when we look our best we feel better overall which leads us to living healthier and happier lives. Jana's dedication and high standards coupled with her strong desire to help others achieve their goals really elevates her ability to perform outstanding patient care. Jana thoroughly enjoys fitness, outdoor adventures and traveling. She has one young daughter that is up for any and all adventures! It's hard to keep these two at home on the weekends.
Nancy Aparicio, LE
Aesthetician and Injector
Nancy is a licensed medical aesthetician, cosmetic injector, and laser technician with over 22 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She began her career as a massage therapist but quickly recognized that her true passion was in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This prompted her to seek additional training focused on aesthetics.
Nancy graduated from the Texas School of Cosmetology and Vogue in San Antonio, TX, and has earned a certification from the National Laser Medical Institute. She possesses vast experience in injectable dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and lasers. Nancy continues to update her credentials, partnering with industry representatives to learn the most up-to-date products, technologies, and techniques.
“My approach is 100% patient-focused, as I believe that an optimal patient experience begins with careful listening in an effort to provide desired and realistic results. I draw from over two decades of experience to educate my patients on the latest technologies, along with integrative/noninvasive approaches that will help to refine and enhance their natural beauty,” Nancy has been quoted as saying.
In her spare time, she enjoys hanging with her 16-year-old daughter who keeps her young. She also enjoys exercising, dancing, and hiking the local trails in Austin. Sundays are always devoted to family time and recharging for the week ahead.
Tehia Rice, LE
Aesthetician and Laser Technician
Tehia Rice is a licensed medical aesthetician for Beleza Surgery at our Killeen location with 18 years of experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry. In 2014, she realized she had a greater passion for skin care in the constantly growing world of aesthetics. Tehia attended Nuvani Institute in Cedar Park, TX, where she gained extensive training and earned her Texas Aesthetician license. Later, she attended the National Laser Institute in Dallas for advanced medical aesthetics knowledge and training.
Tehia has been with the Beleza Surgery family since 2016. She is very passionate when it comes to skin care and helping patients achieve their current and long-term skin care/body goals. Tehia is one of the best in her field and is extremely knowledgeable in treating moderate to severe acne and hyperpigmentation through a vast array of medical-grade treatments. Tehia believes confidence starts with the skin — her drive comes from making patients feel safe and comfortable to help change their perception of their skin care goals.
Tehia enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family. She aims to live life to the fullest daily.
Gricelda Fuller, LE
Aesthetician, Injection, and Laser Technician
Gricelda Fuller has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working alongside esteemed medical professionals in medical aesthetics and learning the latest techniques and advancements in the field. In addition to working closely with medical professionals, she also worked as a leader in a wellness spa. This experience allowed her to develop a softer and holistic approach to medical aesthetics. She is genuinely excited to share her knowledge and passion with all of you, whether it's helping you achieve your skincare goals, providing rejuvenating treatments, or offering guidance on being the best version of yourself. She loves helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals using neurotoxins, injectables, lasers, collagen induction treatments and good skincare. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to the gym and spending time with family.
Meredith Robison, RN
Surgical Nurse
Meredith is a registered nurse that earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. Her background includes working in an adult intensive care unit. She is compassionate, caring, and loves to help patient feel at ease before and during their procedure. Meredith is newly married, and enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs, Cooper and Ranger. She loves to give others her time and attention, living her life to the fullest alongside those she cares for.
Ashley Litton, LVN
Surgical Nurse
Ashley is a Licensed vocational Nurse who earned her degree in the Austin area in 2016. She has twelve years of experience working in the medical field in various roles such as a Certified Medical Assistant in Pediatrics and a procedural nurse in Pain Management. She has been working with both Dr. Hix- Hernandez and Dr. Smith in the OR and recovery. She is excited to be a part of the Beleza surgical team and create positive relationships and outcomes throughout the patient care process. Ashley is married with two energetic children that keep her on her toes with various sports.She loves eating at local restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music.
