I had been considering microneedling for almost two years before my appointment, due to bad acne scars post-hospital admission. This fall, I decided to go for it. Emily was meticulous and made the process so easy. My facial redness went down after 1 day and I was able to do a photo shoot 36 hours after with no evidence of treatment. So far I have seen more improvement in my scarring and my skin texture than I have from using several infamous topical products in the past year. This is after just ONE session. As a result I have been much more simple and gentle with my day to day skincare. There is truly something effective about microneedling resurfacing and strengthening the skin barrier. I've been working with her since December on my hyperpigmentation, acne, pores, etc. She ALWAYS has a great attitude which is hard to come by in any service industry now a days. This time we did the SkinMedica Rejuvenize chemical peel which I LOVE and this company is one of the few places that carry this specific peel. She is always patient with me through the peel process. This time I had asked her about my white heads and getting an extraction and she took the time to explain to me how to properly remove whiteheads so I don't damage my skin (I.e. via a process that opens my pores instead of just immediately trying to extract without opening the pore). I really appreciate her advice, her professionalism and friendly personality. Thanks Krystal!! More

I began going to Beleza Med Spa in November 2016 and it has been a great experience ever since. My mom was the one who actually scheduled my initial appointment and she talked about how great the customer service was that she received over the phone. My mom has never stepped foot in this establishment and she talks very highly of Beleza Spa, so that should tell you a lot. Plus my mom is a hard critic. I've been receiving acne treatment sessions with Tehia R., she is absolutely amazing. There was not one time that I didn't understand what she was explaining to me. She was very informative and you can tell that she loves what she does. She was able to inform of the peel she was using, how it works, what to expect after and so on. There hasn't been one time to where she didn't talk me through all of the steps as she was performing them so that I would feel extremely comfortable with the procedure. In addition, she is absolutely amazing at what she does and I have definitely seen a tremendous in my face. Every time I call, Taylor, the receptionist, is always so polite and I love that! When I did my first hydrafacial (got a package deal from Groupon) she recommended micro - needling and since I had never tried it before I went ahead and did it.
