It’s full of some awesome little stores and boutiques, and it’s not hard to spend an entire afternoon here just taking in everything it’s got to offer.
If you’d rather get outdoors for a while we’re also not too far away from Old Settler’s Park, often considered to be “the crown jewel of the city’s park system.” Grab a friend and play some tennis, or just take a walk on one of the 3.3 miles of paved walking trails.
Conditions to Watch Out For
Round Rock has one of the highest UV indexes in the country, often ranging between extreme UV levels of 11 to very high levels at 8 or more. This exposure can wreak havoc on your skin, making you look older, faster. It also puts you at risk for a variety of skin conditions.
Our anti-aging treatments will help you reverse this damage, but we also recommend taking other steps to protect yourself. Try wearing a hat while you’re out and using sunscreen even if you’re not out for a swim. The sun can touch your face at surprising times, and when the UV index is this high sometimes a few minutes is all it takes to do a great deal of damage indeed.
